Full hard coils and all kinds of annealed and skin passed coils can be produced according to National standard, Japanese standard, German standard and European Union’s related standard of cold rolling products. The range of products dimension is 0.25~2.50mm×950~1570mm. The product has accurate dimension, good profile and surface quality, stable property, which is widely used in construction, household appliance, light industry, door industry, hardware, automobile and so on. It can be used as the substrate for hot galvanized sheet.

1.Adopt advanced production process routine: cold rolled DQ and DDQ products pass hot metal pre-treatment, top and bottom combined blowing BOF, RH vacuum refining furnace, 2250 hot rolling mill, PL-TCM and batch annealing furnace, skin pass mill, finishing mill.
2.Adopt narrow chemistry control and high cleanness control method to produce high quality slab.
3.Hot rolling mill adopts narrow temperature fluctuation control to ensure stability and evenness of substrate’s microstructure and property.
4.Adopt advanced technologies such as PL-TCM process and turbulent pickling, 5 stands tandem mill, batch annealing, skin pass to ensure stability and evenness of microstructure and property and good drawing property.
5.Advanced thickness and profile control equipment and technique are used both in hot rolling and cold rolling to ensure thickness control accuracy and profile quality.
6.Adopt the inner quality control standard which is stricter than general standard to ensure that the product property is excellent.
7.Advanced physical and chemical testing method is used in the produce process to supervise composition, organization and property.
8.The product passed TS16949 certification, the whole production process is under strict control of quality management system.
