1) ENTER Giveaway: To enter online simply log on to www.arlennessbikeshow.com/free-arlenness-tickets.html and register with American Thunder Promotions between December 7, 2006 through January 25, 2007. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, physically located and residing therein, and 18 years of age or older as of December 7, 2006. For online entries, only an e-mail address subscribed to and registered in an entrant’s name may be used by such entrant. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet-access provider, an online-service provider or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

2) Entry may be made by hand printing your name, company name, complete address, business telephone number, business fax number, e-mail address (where required by state law), on a 3”x 5” card and mail it to: American Thunder Promotions Contest, 3417 W. Wyndham Lane, Durham NC 27705. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 15, 2007 and received no later than January 25, 2007.

No responsibility is assumed for viruses, technical, hardware, software or other online entry malfunctions of any kind or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entry for the sweepstakes. We assume no responsibility for destroyed, illegible, damaged, lost, late, mis-delivered, mis-directed, tampered with, deleted or incomplete entries, or entries otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or for any computer, online or technical malfunctions that may occur and all such entries will be disqualified. Entries made in mass or by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. If the Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to choose winners from all eligible entries received. Mutilated entries will not be accepted. Multiple or duplicate entries received will not be disqualified. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not return or acknowledge receipt of entries. Entrant is responsible for travel to the Arlen Ness Bike Show. All prize winners are fully responsible for any incidental costs and expenses not specified as being associated with any prize as well as any and all federal, state and local taxes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for American Thunder Promotions to use a winner's name, biographical information, address (city and state only), statements, photograph, voice and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law, in all media, now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, throughout the universe. By entering, participants release and hold harmless American Thunder Promotions from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the operation of this Giveaway or any prize awarded (including any warranty given by a prize supplier).

3) ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older as of January 7, 2006. Sweepstakes not open to employees, and their families, of Sponsor, or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes (collectively the “Affiliated Parties”). This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4) RANDOM DRAWING : During the contest 16 tickets will be awarded from among all eligible entries received. Finalists will be randomly drawn. Additional products signed by a Ness family member will be awarded during the sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of prize permitted.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, HOLLYWOOD PREVIEWS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

5) Internet: If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or the website and to modify the Giveaway with respect to any disqualified or lost entries.
